david and i are going to the beach!
tomorrow after work, we are packing up the car and heading to mantoloking, nj, near point pleasant, to spend a few days with my family at my uncle's beach house. i can't wait! we both need some time away, and i love nothing better than laying out in the sun with the salt air and the seagulls calling and the sound of waves in my ears. i find that to be one of the most peaceful places on earth. we'll be back friday night since dave has to work saturday morning. i'm not sure if there is internet access at the house, so i may not be available for a couple of days. but then again, that's what vacation is all about! i'll take lots of pictures!

Have fun! I can't wait to be sitting on the beaches of Mexico in a little over 3 weeks...you're absolutely right...there is nothing better than sitting on a beach!

Enjoy your vacation! We are still on a little vacation of our own...right now sitting in a cafe in Lincoln, Nebraska, waiting for our car to get realigned and hoping they don't rip us off.
We still hope to make it in to Escondido by Thurs night. We hope you guys really enjoy your vacation and we'll be in touch!

yes, Laura, it IS sensual. Go ahead and deny it if you want, but it looks like you & Dave were getting ready for "married people games" when this pic was taken. (smile)
